brookfield village is amazing! this is my first time living on my own (with my roomie of course) every staff member on site has been so wonderful and kind to us, from making sure i was able to surprise my roommate for christmas to making sure our cars didn’t get towed for parking lot work! i will always recommend brookfield to anyone looking for an apartment in topeka!

Everytime I have been to Brookfield the property has always been maintained (very clean). They have a great new manager. Spacious living and all apartments maintained by onsite maintenance with 24 hour emergency number. Great apartments with great rates.
